Apex Legends Mobile will have a soft launch in certain regions in March. Electronic Arts’ (EA) popular free-to-play combat royale has been widely anticipated by fans since it was released as closed beta tests last year. The minimal system requirements for Apex Legends on Android and iOS have also been announced by EA. Players will also have limited access to Apex Legends’ content until the game is released worldwide. Cross-platform gaming will also be unavailable.
Apex Legends Mobile will have a soft launch in the first week of March 2022, according to a frequently asked questions (FAQ) page on EA’s website. Initially, the EA game will be available on Android and iOS devices in ten countries: Argentina, Australia, Colombia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, Peru, and Singapore.
However, EA stated that it will release any information about Apex Legends Mobile’s global launch once it has gathered enough data from the limited regional launch. Pre-registration for the soft launch is available in the aforementioned territories’ app stores.
Bloodhound, Gibraltar, Lifeline, Wraith, Bangalore, Octane, Mirage, Pathfinder, and Caustic operators will be available to gamers in specific regions, according to EA. With Apex Legends Mobile’s soft launch, players will be able to try out some of the game’s systems and features.
Because Apex Legends Mobile is being built solely for mobile devices, gamers will not be able to play with their friends on PC or consoles.
