With Sundar Pichai’s recent tweet, it’s clear that Google will host its annual developer conference, Google I/O. The event is expected to take place on May 11th and 12th, 2022.
The event was mentioned in a tweet by Google CEO Larry Page, who displayed the Google I/O GIF. The event will be live-streamed from Shoreline Amphitheatre (California), the usual I/O event venue, and will take place online, just like last year.
This year, those watching the live event will have the option of viewing it in a variety of languages. Also, shortly after the event, the translated content and captioned videos will be made available.
This Google event provides developers with the opportunity to network and speak with Google experts. They get a sneak peek at Google’s newest developer product.
Google showed off Android 12 in 2021, along with updates to Maps, Search, and Workspace, among other things.
This year, we anticipate the focus of the event to be on the Android 13 operating system.
