Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra 5G Specifications have surfaced online days before the anticipated release of the company’s next flagship tablet. The flagship model of the Galaxy Tab S9 series is rumored to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, the company’s current flagship processor, along with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. In addition, it is rumored to feature a 14.6-inch display, a 13-megapixel primary rear camera, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera.
Evan Blass (@evleaks) on Thursday leaked the purported specifications of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra 5G. According to the information provided by Blass, the tablet will feature a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED display and will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset paired with 12GB of RAM.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra 5G will feature a 13-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera for photos and videos. Additionally, the device will include a dual front-facing camera unit with two 12-megapixel cameras.
Blass has revealed that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra 5G will include an 11,200mAh battery. One physical SIM and one eSIM will be supported for dual-SIM connectivity. The device will have 512GB of expandable internal storage space. According to Blass, it runs on Android 13 out of the box.
The source has also provided four images of the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra displaying a display with a notch for the rumored dual front-facing cameras. It also displays the tablet’s dual rear cameras. Additionally, the device is depicted with a keyboard and a stylus. The tablet’s design has previously been leaked online, and the most recent breach appears to confirm previous leaks.

Next week’s Galaxy Unpacked event is anticipated to mark the debut of the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra 5G from Samsung.
